Travel to India with valid H4 but not stamped

I have a valid H4 valid till Oct 2020.  But my visa is not yet stamped because I have not traveled outside USA after I got this extension on my H4.

I am traveling to India in Dec 2019 and returning in Jan 2019

 

My questions are

 

1. While scheduling visa stamping appointment for mumbai consulate will I be required to go for finger printing again or just the visa interview

2. What are the documents required to take for the inerview. 

3. Is is required that I need to carry my Husband's (primary H1b) documents in original ? His visa extention I mean ? And what other documents are required in its original.

4. Is it risky to get H4 visa stamped these days ? What are the probable causes of getting in trouble during the interview process.

5.I have a valid I-94 till Oct 2020. What is the process with I-94 while re-entering US this time in Jaunary 2020.?
