manoj3189 Posted August 13, 2019 Report Share Posted August 13, 2019 Hi, I have joined company A with H1B receipt notice and contract with company A has ended within 3 months and so i joined company B and filed premium processing ....now company A is filing premium for the old petition for the same client ...if premium gets approved with company A can i go back without any issues ? And what happens to the petition that i filed with company B [it is still within 30 days bracket] ... Quote Link to comment
JoeF Posted August 14, 2019 Report Share Posted August 14, 2019 If you left company A they by law had to inform USCIS that you no longer work there. Why would they file and pay for a petition if you no longer work there? Do they want to hire you back? Quote Link to comment
