r.penn19 Posted August 8, 2019 Report Share Posted August 8, 2019 (edited) Hi All, Can I file EAD (i-765) renewal along with L2 extension (i-539) for my spouse. I am on L1A and my spouse is on L2 and EAD, she works for an employer through her EAD. Kindly let me know if it is possible to file together. Since the L1A (i-129) extensions are taking long time I am worried about her EAD status. Can we file forms i-129 (premium processing), i-539 (new form with biometrics appointment) and i-765 together and send to the same center and what will be the processing time for receiving renewed EAD card?
