jungleeravana
Hi, My parents are 78 years old and they are having Greencard since 2000. The rules say if a person is above 65 and has stayed for 20 years, he/she will be asked only 20 question in civic test. I applied for parents for Citizenship this year and since we have a backlog, their interview will be coming next year where they will be completing 20 years. So are they excluded from preparing 100 questions as I filed for their citizenship in the 19th year but their interview will come when they would have completed 20years. Clarification would be helpful -JR Quote Link to comment
