N400 after 5+ years of DUI

Hello Folks :

I had a DUI chage before 6 years, that was reduced to DWAI (DrivinWhile Ability Impaired) with no probobation or suspension. And was disposed off immedaditely.

Now Im applying for N400 and have few questions :
1. What is the impact to N400 application with the current admistration & rules ?
2. Should I hire a lawyer to represent me during the interview process & if so it will be an immigration layer ?
3. Any other suggestions ?
