sjcesbr Posted July 18, 2019 Report Share Posted July 18, 2019 Hello, below is my case: Currently on 5th year of H1 and applied for an extension of the 6th year. I have applied for my perm couple of months ago and is in progress. On the Client letter the end date of the project is March 2021. My 6th year will end in Oct 2020. When applied for H1B extension under premium I got an RFE, stating this reason"verification from DOL that the permanent labor certification application has been pending for 365 days". My attorney has sent a request to the state department for the Letter.Does anyone know how long will it take for the State Department to send the letter back to us ? Is all the correspondence done over the emails or snail mails? Quote Link to comment
