Rajanikanth Posted July 18, 2019 Report Share Posted July 18, 2019 Hi, my H1B was filled in 2006 and I have traveled to US in 2007 and back to India in 2011 November and my extension was rejected after I came back to India. Since I have used only 4 years of my h1b, can I file for my extension as a cap exemption or should I go with new H1B and check for my luck. Thank you in advance Quote Link to comment
