I am currently on L1B visa and my employer filed for H1B consular processing and got approved on June 2019. I need to travel to India in August and come back in first week of Sept since kids school start that time. I was looking for stamping H1B visa in India and couldn't find any slot before September 16th. So can I don't stamp H1B visa this time and travel back to US on L1B since it is good till 2021 and do the stamping on my next visit to India. My concern is that travelling back on L1B while I have the H1B approval create any issue with my H1B visa later? And is there a time limit when the H1B need to be stamped after the approval?
