Travel while OPT application is pending

Hello Experts,

I'm an F-1 Student currently in CPT working under a Tech company with an employer, applied for initial OPT and received case number on June 17th, 2019. Can I travel to India(for 10 days from July 1st to July 10th) while my application is pending with USCIS?

In my application to USCIS for OPT, I submitted the I-94 Document and if I travel it will change with new departure and arrival dates will I face any problem?

If so what are those? or let me know the complications on my arrival at the port of entry and mostly what happens to my OPT application do I receive an RFE?

Please advise.
