My PERM has been approved and have a question regarding extension post I140 approval. I have the following question. Can my visa be extended and if so can it be applied as soon as the max out of my L1A? As I was already on H1B, do I need to be outside US for a year before applying for the fresh visa or can the extension be applied any time? Appreciate your valuable feedback! Thanks!
