Hi 

I am on h1b work visa and planning to move to canada. I own a town home and would want to rent it out after my move.

My plan would be to form an llc and then rent the home out? 

1. Ca i form an llc on h1b work visa?

2. What happens when i Move out of the country to canada?

3. If not that what other options do i have, to rent out my poperty - like forming c corp or somethign else, to protect my personal assets.
