telepathicyakut Posted May 30, 2019 Report Share Posted May 30, 2019 Hi, I have my I-140 approved and my wife is working on H-4 EAD. Her EAD is valid until August, 2021. Now, I am changing jobs and already have an approved H1-B from my new employer. While applying for my H1-B transfer, my new employer did not apply anything for my wife(neither H4, nor H4-EAD). My I-140 and perm with the new employer will begin after I join the company. I just want to confirm that my changing employers will not affect her job in any way. Quote Link to comment
