Moving from a subsidiary to another subsidiary of the same parent company. We cannot renew the annual rental contract in current location due to the visa situation as if amendment gets approved sooner, we have to break the lease and bear a huge cost, sublease situation is not possible either, this being a highly regarded school district. High demand in summer and no demand after. No short term rental possibilities in and around the area. While amendment is filed, is it possible that the main sponsor, husband resides here while wife and daughter stay in the proposed new location with schooling there even while waiting for amendment to be filed? What happens if it goes to RFE, can the family still be allowed to stay in the new location or they should only stay in the location where the main sponsor has his Visa.
