I applied for an F1 visa but it got denied under 214(b). I have multiple question related to my next step. 1. Can I study on H4 and re apply again in a few months? ( no dates available for next 2 months in India and program starts in June). 2. Can I apply F1 again as a TCN( third country national ) from Canada , Vancouver or Nepal, Kathmandu? ( 15 day wait time for appointment) 3. I was not able to explain clearly about my program and that might have caused denial. If I re apply and explain clearly will it help ? Quote Link to comment
