Hi,

My company started GC Processing for me in Feb 2019. But I have moved to Canada now after my US visa is expired on Apr 13th ( 6 years completed). My company is filing PERM now so if everything goes as expected for I 140 process, I can apply for H1 extension after my I140 is approved or needs to apply for new H1 visa to go back to USA? can you please answer.
