After that, I moved to India & lived there till June 2018 In June 2018, I came back to US on an H4 visa. I have the following questions. 1. How much time is left on my H1B? 2. JoeF Posted May 13, 2019 Report Share Posted May 13, 2019 You have 6 years minus the duration you worked on the H1. An employer can file an H1 at any time for the remainder time. Or you can choose to file in the quota and get a new 6 years. Quote Link to comment
