Multiple Locations Not Included on LCA: You indicate that the beneficiary will provide services in more than one location( client and your location(office)). However the submitted Labor Condition Application (LCA) does not include all the locations of the intended employment you indicated.Accordingly, submit one more LCAs, that were certified on or prior to the filing date of this Form I-129, for all locations where the beneficiary will work. I am sure we don't LCAs approved for both the locations prior to the filing of I-129.We have approved LCA for the client location. My question is what are the chances of approval for the amendment application if we replied to USCIS stating that we filed in error for the office location? Quote Link to comment
