H1B to L1A with less than 2 months pending

Is it possible to file L1A premium to convert my H1B to L1A with H1B valid for less than 2 months?

Hmm, for an L1, you have to have worked d foe the employer abroad for at least a year in the last 3 years. If the H1 validity ends it suggests that you've been working in the US for the last nearly 3 years.
