Detailed roles and responsibilities for H1B RFE

Hello Experts,

My employer filed my H1B under Not Subject to Cap and it came back with RFE last week. My employer/attorney have asked me to Upload Detailed Experience letter which should explain roles and responsibilities. However I've already provided during my H1b now I am unsure what all things I need to include.

So my question, is there anything specific USCIS looking for in my experience that i've not included before?  Do i need to put more emphasis on any point in my experience etc?

I've 14+ yrs experience (all in IT) and working in a software company as a manager.

Employer did not specifically informed about the exact ask from USCIS instead asked me to update Detailed Experience letter which should explain roles and responsibilities.
