H1B Extension V/s Extension+Ammendment

My Question :

Last Approved Petition  :

Location 1 :- Office Address 
Location 2:- Home Address (for WFH). 

Going to Initiate extension  :

Location 1 :- Office Address only

In both the cases above,  Office Address is same client and same location .

Please let me know how this should be considered : Extension (or) Extension+Ammendment   .
