sshahab2008
Hi my employer not responding to my request of giving my I-140 approval, what are my options? Please advise. Quote Link to comment
chandu.nellutla
You can contact USCIS under freedom of information act, this may take time but you will get the details. Also if you have plans to change the employer, make sure that your I-140 is approved and at least 6 months completed after the approval of your I-140. Before 6 months, your employer have a right to revoke your approved I-140. Quote Link to comment

What is your PD and how likely are you planning to stay with employer till your estimated stay with this employer? Quote Link to comment
