Can it be converted to Premium processing ? Is premium processing open in this case ? I know that USCIS has open Premium processing for H1B Applications filled on or before Dec 2018. My H1B is filled and approved before Dec 2018 but my transfer is filled in Feb 2019. So is the transfer eligible for premium processing ? Link to comment
