My friend requested me to check in here, which I could not find in other sections of this forum. So i am trying to find on behalf of him can anyone tell me if there is a premium process for family based GC through Marriage too ? My another friend filed for his wife in regular process and it took an year time to get approved. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
JoeF
If it is not on that USCIS page then there isn't one for the I-130. Link to comment
jonbonraki
There is no premium process for Green card through marriage. I applied in February 2017 and Obtained Green card in September 2018. During this time I tried to see if there is any kind of premium processing to accelerate processing time of application, called in to USICS customer to find out, but they were none. The wait time for your another friend sounds about right to me. Link to comment
Provence
If it's not stated in the link, it's not there. Your "friend" awaits processing just like every other applicant. Link to comment
