I moved to a different project which was operating in a different US location , so company filed for a cap exempt and LCA on September 2018 with USCIS as my petiton was about to expire ,its been 5 months now but no update till now. not sure what to do.. kindly let me know when can this be possible. please not my cap exempt petition was filed in California. luck2u Posted February 23, 2019 Report Share Posted February 23, 2019 It is taking a while to adjudicate the petitions in any service center but as your amendment case is filed before December 21, 2018 you can ask your employer to upgrade to premium processing so that you will get decision soon to travel to USA after attending for visa interview with new petition if you don't have visa yet with old petition.
