Madhu_G Posted February 15, 2019 Report Share Posted February 15, 2019 I have got my PERM approved on 11/20/2018 and i have time till 05/19/2019 to file i-140. My employer is about to file my i-140. Here is my concern. If my i-140 application is filed within 180 day period but gets denied after 180 day period that is anytime after 05/19/2019, DO i need to restart my PERM or can i use the same PERM to refile i-140?
