H1 b denial

My initial h1b was approved for 3 years. While my project ended during this time I found another project and applied an amendment  —got an Rfe for level 1 wage for the new role amendment. Then applied h1b transfer to employer B — this transfer got denied last week for speciality occupation.Initial h1b is till oct 2019 — but employer withdrew the application.i 94 — is till D/S — came on f1 so the visa was till dec 2018.  

Please advice what’s the best option?

If your first H1 was approved it came with a new I-94. The F1 I-94 is invalid.

You have a 60 day grace period from the H1 denial to find a new employer or leave the country.
