I-140 amendment RFE

Hi All,

I got my I-140 approved from company A on 2012 under EB2 category. In 2015 company "A" was acquired by company "B" and then company "B" was acquired by company "C" in 2017. Company "C" filled my I-140 amendment on Aug 2018 and got the RFE.  I have requested our attorney to share the RFE details and not yet received. 

My H1B also getting expired in June 2019 and filled extension/amendment on Sep 2018 and it's in pending. 

Question:

  1. My current employer can refile I-140 amendment again if the requested I-140 amendment denied? and what are the other possible steps I can make legally stay and work here?

  2. The previously approved I-140 is still valid if the requested I-140 amendment denied?

  3. Is there any impact of my requested H1b extension?
