Sekkhar Posted January 24, 2019 Report Share Posted January 24, 2019 My initial H1-B case was denied on Nov 19th, 2018 and my employer filed MTR and on Dec 19th, 2018 it was received by USCIS. They created another case EAC******* and it's in "Case Was Received" status as of now. My employer told me they filed for Motion to Reconsider. Any idea how long this process would take? srini005 Posted January 25, 2019 Report Share Posted January 25, 2019 There is no stipulated timeline it depends on case to case...I have been waiting for more than 1 year...I am not disappointing you just let this Motion be in process,Parallel look for some other options... Link to comment
