Anil Sai Posted January 17, 2019 Report Share Posted January 17, 2019 I got a new project in Virginia which is about 15miles from my previous client which was in Washington DC. Should I apply for an amendment? My employer says since it's within the mile radius limit it's not required, but I heard some rules have changed and everytime the client changes, we need to apply for an amendment. Is it true?
