kdk10 Posted January 9, 2019 Report Share Posted January 9, 2019 My and and my wife applied together for H1B and H4 dropbox together at Mumbai Consulate. I received my h1B visa stamped on 4th Jan 2018 but my wife's H4 is showing under administrative processing since Jan 3rd 2018. I am not sure what to expect from this? She has an MBA and works in business field. Any experience by members similar to this situation ? Link to comment
xTDx Posted January 9, 2019 Report Share Posted January 9, 2019 There is a little you can do beside waiting. Admin processing is a black hole and current govt. shutdown can add further time in processing. Most cases get a decision in 2-4 weeks. Link to comment
