Hi,

I am in a situation where my motion to reopen application has been pending for over 8 months.

motion filed on Apr 30,2018. Reason for denial is College accreditation. Consulting DSO, Attorney’s suggested me to apply for motion to reopen. My case is pending and this long processing time is creating a lot of stress in me. 

As, I am not working for these time my daily life is going worse than expected.

You have the option to return to country of nationality where you presumably have authorization to work. 

You do not have to live a stressful life in the US.
