Urgent question on eligibility for EB1C (multinational manager green card)

Hi, I traveled to the US during 2010 working for employer 'A' and I joined employer 'B' in the US during 2011 and till now (2019) I am in the US working for employer 'B'. If I join employer 'A' in a  managerial role in the US (via h1b transfer), can the employer 'A' process EB1C (multinational manager Green Card) for me as I used to work in managerial capacity back in India from 2001 to 2010 with employer 'A'?. 

Please help as I need to decided in next couple of days to join back Employer A. Urgent, please help!!!
