Is Location change Intimation for L1-B visa holder needed?

I am on L1-B Individual  (Specialized knowledge) visa and  working at the office of my employer's client in Dallas. This client is  relocating  at another city, namely Los Angeles. 

Now, my employer wants to shift me (L1-B  visa holder)  from  this client's location at  Dallas office  to same client's another location at Los Angeles. 

My employer and its client remain same, but there is change of location from Dallas  to Los Angeles. 

Please attend to the following queries:

1. As I am on L1-B (Specialized knowledge) visa, does my employer placing me at  the same client's another location  need to file for my location change  ?

2. If Location change  is required to be filed by the employer in case of L1-B (Specialized knowledge) visa holder  in another location of the same client: 

i. It is to be filed with which authority - USCIS or US Department of Labor? 

ii. Which form(its number, format, fee etc.) is to be filed for location change, when the employer and the client remain same ? 

iii. What is the time line for filing Location Change  by employer when the employer and client remain same?
