H1B transfer Denied with EMP-B but EMP-A Extension+amendment in progress

Hi There,

I had filed H1B transfer with EMP-B and it  got Denied few days back and at the same time i have filed Extension+amendment with EMP-A  and it is in progress with I-94 expired.I have completed 3 years H1B out of 6 years and i have I-140 approved.

I would need suggestion, if my current one which is in progress gets denied with EMP-A ,what are chances to stay-back or work in USA.

Please suggest me .
