Kannan1981
I have just wrapped up my EB1-C (Multinational Manager) interview. It may take another year to get the GC as priority date is not current. Meanwhile, I am being asked to move to a different city within same organization (same role). Being EB1-C, I believe my I-140 is not location specific. Does that mean, there will not be any negative impact to my GC if I move to a different city? And only thing I need to do is to, notify USCIS with address change. Or, is there a risk involved in doing so? Link to comment
criticalpath
hi , i have few questions regarding EB1 - is it mandatory that a managerial category person should have played people manager (managing international/national teams) role back home outside US for 1 year ? Can a person with designation (manager) but doing solution architecting/technical contribution managing very small team from technical perspective apply for EB1 ? If you are interested to share - Well i am interested to know about your case of justification for eb1 filing ? Link to comment
