kkaldie Posted December 16, 2018 Report Share Posted December 16, 2018 Need your suggestion. Due to unavailable of any project my current h1b (validity Dec 31st 2018) was not filed. Even I-94 expire on same date. I am planning to start doing 2nd Masters degree and take day one CPT from Jan 1st 2019. My question is, do I need to file a new H1 next April 2019 OR if I get any new project in coming Jan or Feb is there any chance to move back to H1 from CPT? Link to comment
