H1 Stamping with Arrest record

I've gone thru two B1 and one H1b stamping with an arrest record (CIMT).

The first two times was for B1. The first time, it took about 2+ weeks for admin processing. The next 2 visits did not result in any admin processing.

Any recent experience. Can you get admin processing twice?

I would appreciate any recent experience.

1. What was your arrest for and what was the final disposition of your case ?

2. Can you please tell a little bit more about your visa interview especially the h1b visa interview ? What kinds of questions were you asked and what documents did you present to the Visa officer ? 

3. Which consulate was your interview at ?
