Education Requirements in H1B Petitions

My husband holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts (BA) and LLB from India. He has 12 years of experience in Business Analyst, Operations and Pre-Sales. Will he qualify for H1B speciality occupation for the above mentioned roles? Please clarify.

It is possible, however you will most likely need to rely on an education and experience evaluation from a creditable evaluation service.
