ivana123 Posted November 19, 2018 Report Share Posted November 19, 2018 I entered US just yesterday on H1B Visa and after coming here my close family member got admitted in hospital with critical condition and I should be there to help with all the formalities as I am the eldest in family. Can I directly book return tickets and travel back to India permanently or Is there any other procedure to follow. Please let me Know as I am planning to travel tomorrow. Link to comment
