H1 transfer to a new company while existing H1B transfer is pending/ in process

I was working with 'Company A' on H1B, with I94 and visa valid till June 2020.Unfortunately I was laid off at Company A on 30th Sep.
I joined a consulting 'Company B' on H1B receipt on 15th Oct 2018, however H1B approval is pending. I have been on payroll of Company B for last 2 months.

Now I got an offer from an end customer 'Company C'.
My question is that 
    1. will 'Company C' be able to transfer my H1B without any much complication while my 'H1 Transfer at company B' is still pending

    2. Can I join 'Company C' on H1B Receipt
    
    3. Is there any risk in joining company C

Kindly note that I am interested in joining Company C as this is a good and stable company.

Yes, you can apply for any no. of transfers despite of your current H1B transfer is in progress. 

You need to ensure that 

(1) You have a valid I94

(2) You should have a valid Status. This means active pay check
