manish1212
Hello , I have my H1b application in review by USCIS and i had to change my employer meanwhile, because my old employer filed a bankruptcy and is no longer in business To maintain my status , i have enrolled as a F1 student My new employer is asking me to withdraw my petition to be on safe side If i H1B gets approved now , will there be any problem in transferring out from old employer who filed the petition ? or Is there a way i can send USCIS, my New employers documents to update and take a decision based on that ? Please let me know Thanks Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
You cannot transfer that. As you are no longer in that job, that H1B is gone. Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
And you cannot contact and request USCIs for any action. It should be your old employer ( or their attorney) Link to comment
