RohanDeep Posted November 16, 2018 Report Share Posted November 16, 2018 I am currently on H1B which expires next year December and my company hasn't started labor processing for green card yet. a) Is it wise to move to H4 EAD now (as H4 EAD might be revoked soon) as my spouse has H1 extension coming up ? b) Is there a risk of H4 EAD program being cancelled while my application is in process as I might end up being on H4 and lose current H1 status as well?
