Urgent : H1 transfer to new company.

Hi Everyone,

 

    I have valid H1 until 11/2020 from Employer A. Now my question is i got a offer from company B. so 

1.)  if i agree to go to company B do i need to intimate the employer A?

2.)  if the employer A  knows about the transfer will he revoke my h1 back?

3.) how long would the process take for the transfer from employer A to Employer B?

 

I have the H1 original copy with me .

 

any suggestions appreciated.

1. Need not at the time of accepting offer, but ofcourse you will intimate the employer, when resigning.

3. Without Premium processing, it might take anytime b/w 4-8 months.
