Would like to know if i would go out of status after last paycheck ( post 2 months) or i would have additional 60 days post last pay check to find another employment (according to new law changes) . JoeF Posted November 9, 2018 Report Share Posted November 9, 2018 That's about mass layoffs at a company. As far as I know, you are employed during that time. So, I believe your 60 day grace period starts when the WARN Act period is over. But you should check with a labor lawyer. Link to comment
