File for H1B Transfer by new employer while the Amendment from current employer is still in progress

Hi,

Current employer (let’s call it “A”) has recently filed for my H1B Amendment( because of promotion to a senior role ). Now, I have got an offer from another company(let's call it “B”), which I have already accepted and is planning to join asap.

Question 1. Can the new employer (i.e. company B ) file H1B Transfer while Amendment from the current company(“A”) is still in progress.

Question 2. Having parallel Amendment and Transfer pending petitions, can cause any issues on the final verdict on the H1B Transfer ?
