Signature Title is not given on experience letter

signature title not given ( only name is printed) but the title like ex : HR is not given to me  in one experience letter for i 140 how to over come it.  got an RFE.

according to the company its digitally signed but they wont put Title of the person who is signing it.

The digitally signed copy should contain contact information of the manager right even if it is signed by HR? if not you can provide the email conversation as a reference. Just an opinion, Not sure though.

Try to request another copy with Title of the signed person. Make these requests over email. If a ticket is raised, keep ticket copies.

1. Submit new  corrected letter (best case)

2. Submit evidence that the employer is not giving you out a new letter or not responding to your requests to provide you the correct letter.  Along with it submit anything that you can gather, pay stubs, i129 copy if worked under h1b, annual reviews copies, letters from co-workers, offer letters etc. There is no exhaustive list. 

Work with your employer and their attorney to work on 2 and to grind out any details.  Make use of your attorneys resources.
