sannisha Posted October 13, 2018 Report Share Posted October 13, 2018 Hi , My wife is planning to start work on L1 B VISA and have a valid I-94 on H4 until next year , if she quits her job and decides to cancel L1 B visa , what is the procedure to change from L1 B VISA to H4 ? and if she decides to travel to India and come back to USA , will she have to go for new VISA stamping or can she travel back to USA on old VISA stamping on H4?
