H1B extension without change PP

I am planing to file H1B extension in premium.
My current H1B is having 1 primary work site and additional work sites. 

I am going to remove the additional work sites and also there is an increase in salary (<1000$/annum) .

Client, employer, job title, duties all remain same.

Will i be eligible for extension without change in premium in such scenario ?

It requires a amendment for change in locations and LCA for salary change. If you do it without change, you will encounter salary & location related questions in interview that makes life more terrible. Be clean, Be truth.

Thanks for your response.

Since i am not adding a new location but only remove 2 of the 3 locations, i thought it should not be an amendment but extension without change.  Thanks for clarifying this. 

Yes, we are going to file a new LCA (even if there was no salary change) with all true information.
