Approved I140 with PD as current,

Am having approved I140 with EB2 on L1 with PD as March 2007. My previous employer filed it for me. At present, I am in India.
On USCIS when I check status, with approved I140 receipt number it shows "Case Was Approved" On June 9, 2008, we approved your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Receipt Number...

When contacted employer contact person, from lawyer got the information that, they withdraw the case and the case was terminated at the NVC as the company didn't go forward with the permanent residency process.

It will be a great help if anyone can suggest, what all option am having?

if  I-140 petition has been approved for 180 days or more will not have the petition automatically revoked if the employer goes out of business or withdraws the petition on or after January 17, 2017.

Petition should not be rejected or withdrawn due to misrepresentation I think.

Not sure what was before that.

Dont believe everything an ex-employer states from 10+ years ago....they may be just trying to avoid digging up files....they have not interest in you anymore.

If the employer is no longer interested in you then that case is gone.
You can use the PD for another GC process from another employer.
