L1A extension

Hi  Murthy Team ,

I am due for visa extension by end of December. I am in two minds to go for L1A  Individual extension through USCIS or Blanket extension through Consulate ( Canada /Mexico ). My company is fine with both and says no guarantee in either.

My current visa is Blanket.

Let me know your general opinion. ( which is more logical to prefer ) .  I understand there is no guarantee in either but helpful  to know which is less risky.
